My mother checked out pulmonary nodules and did enhanced CT to see what was going on. _ pulmonary nodules

My mother has often coughed and expectorated in the last six months, and there is no pain or abnormal feeling in her lungs. A few days ago, my mother went to the local hospital for examination and said that there was a nodular shadow. First, she had a CT scan. The doctor said she had to enhance it to see if it was malignant! The result after enhancement is like this.

Image description: A round nodule shadow can be seen at the apex of the right lung, with smooth boundary and shallow lobulation, and the size is about1.18cm *1.25cm.. The plain CT value is about 1 1-29Hu, and the center density is slightly lower. After enhancement, the CT value of the third phase was about 4-25.37-5 1.6cm-48Hu, and multiple ground glass density nodules (GGO) were found in the posterior segment of the right lung, the lower segment of the right lung and the upper segment of the left lung, with the largest value. The bronchial vascular bundle of both lungs is clear, indicating that the bronchus has not been cut off, the hilum of both lungs is normal, the mediastinum has no abnormal enlarged lymph nodes, the breasts have no signs of hydronephrosis, and the great vascular bundle of the heart is normal.

No previous history of lung disease.

So that doctors can understand the condition and give advice on diagnosis and treatment.
