Changchun Film Festival China was founded in 1992, sponsored by People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) Radio, Film and Television Department, Jilin Provincial People's Government and Changchun Municipal People's Government; Changchun Municipal People's Government, Film Administration of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television, Jilin Provincial Department of Culture, China Film Distribution & Projection I/O Company, China Film Co-production Company and changchun film studio jointly undertake the project.
