Car photo

As the title shows! It's a great pleasure to see the prosperity of the big bosses on the forum. In my words, there is no real car! However, as a car model enthusiast, there are still a few car models ~ today, I have nothing to do. Let's take a look at the popularity of my car in the forum, take a simple picture of my car model, and talk to you about the ways and means of taking a car model. It's purely entertainment, so I don't disturb [fuels].

Before it's too late, get down to business!

I don't want to introduce Suo Jiu's car model too much here. Last winter, I wrote an evaluation post about Suojiu car model. You can browse my homepage if you are interested, so I won't go into details here.

Several friends in the forum once wrote to me privately and asked me if there were any good ways to shoot models. To tell the truth, the models I shot are also very general, which is far from the real forum photography god. But I don't think the shooting of models necessarily requires high shooting skills. What is important is the scene control of the background and surrounding objects.

Let me say a digression first. Do I have to use a SLR to shoot a model?

If possible, it is best to shoot with a SLR. After all, the pixels are high, and the film pasting effect is much better than that of the mobile phone. But SLR is not a necessity. Personally, I think the method and angle of model shooting are much more important than the equipment. Equipment will only be icing on the cake, but good methods are the key.

I took some simple photos to share with you, and please give me your advice (the following photos were taken with Apple X mobile phone) [Victory]

First of all, model shooting is similar to real car shooting. Both the front and the back are necessary, and you can adjust any angle according to your own model. Secondly, try to choose a single color as the background, and black/white/gray is a good choice. Here I choose a white wall as the background to further highlight the three-dimensional sense of the car model.

The next step is to show the details of the car body, such as headlights, rear headlights, wheels and so on. You can't go wrong when choosing a lens with a 45-degree angle!

Body details, such as the interior, or the openable fuel tank cover can be displayed separately to increase the focus of car model photos. Secondly, I personally suggest that novices or beginners should not choose filters when taking car model photos, and try to only improve the brightness and luster of the photos.

In addition, when shooting a car model, you can combine some small objects around you to create a scene, so that the model is not so monotonous, but you must pay attention to the placement and composition of the objects, and don't "grab the camera". After all, the model is the leading role in our shooting.

Let's cite a failed case. At first glance, fans pay much more attention than car models.

Are the following pictures much better?

Let me give you a hint. Try not to make the selection of objects too large. It is best to ensure that all objects can appear in one picture (the conditions here are limited and the selected objects are very general). Secondly, the object should be placed behind the model, so that the subject will be more distinct.

I simply share it with you. Personally, I have some tips and tricks for model shooting. If there are any mistakes or improvements, please advise! !

Finally, I hope everyone can take their own satisfactory model photos! !
