No. Yaks only live in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

Yak is a unique breed of cattle in Tibetan alpine grassland, mainly distributed in Himalayas and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Yaks are generally dark brown, with long and dense hair on both sides of the body, chest, abdomen and tail, and short and thick limbs.
