How to write a social practice plan?

This year marks the 85th anniversary of the May 4th Movement, and also the 20th anniversary of the social practice of college student volunteers "going to the countryside". In order to respond to the spirit of the Youth League Committee's circular on social practice activities in the summer vacation of 2004, carry forward the theme of "Carrying forward the spirit of serving the country during the May 4th Movement and implementing Scientific Outlook on Development" and improve students' social practice ability, the Social Practice Department of the College of Applied Mathematics organized this activity. The specific arrangements are as follows:

(1) Theme of the activity

Focusing on the theme of "carrying forward the patriotism of the May 4th Movement and implementing Scientific Outlook on Development", we will guide young college students to study Theory of Three Represents theory in depth, vigorously carry forward and cultivate the national spirit, inherit and carry forward the glorious tradition of patriotism, progress, democracy and science in the May 4th Movement, establish and implement Scientific Outlook on Development, and know themselves, contribute to society and improve their quality in practice.

(ii) Purpose of the activity:

In order to better exercise everyone's social practice ability, enrich everyone's summer life, accumulate more social experience, improve their own quality, better improve themselves, and lay a good foundation for future social work experience, this summer social practice activity is specially carried out in Huanghuagang Sub-district Office and its subordinate neighborhood committees.

(3) Activity flow:

A time: July 2004 15 to July 30, 2004.

B. Location: Huanghuagang Sub-district Office and its subordinate neighborhood committees in Guangzhou.

C, practical content:

Understand the daily government work of the sub-district office and participate in its workflow. Understand street enterprises and visit companies. Communicate with the masses in the neighborhood Committee community, visit the masses, and solve their practical difficulties. There is also the collection of various information, history and culture. Go deep into grassroots research and carry out environmental protection activities.

D, working hours:

E, personnel and work arrangement:

In this exercise, the team of 15 people is divided into two groups (7 people in one group and 8 people in the other group), and each group has a person in charge. Huanghuagang Sub-district Office and its neighborhood committees provide 4 departments respectively, and each department allocates 15 people. At 7 o'clock every morning, the person in charge will gather the team members to start together, provide lunch break at the workplace at noon and return to school in the afternoon. Note: In order to do a good job in all aspects, all actions are under unified command and time.

F, work characteristics:

We will adopt a "rolling" working mode, that is, two groups will work for a whole year.

Communicate after a week, in order to make better use of each position and learn more experience. In order to learn and summarize better, each team member is required to distribute notebooks and record the details of the activities. The college is equipped with photographers to record special activities and outstanding individuals.

(4) Precautions:

A. As this activity is held off campus, please pay attention to personal, property and traffic safety. Safety must come first.

B, considering that this practical activity may encounter various difficulties, everyone must be prepared for hardship.

C, each team member must obey the arrangement of the department, the staff of the neighborhood committee and the person in charge of each team.

D, there are special circumstances should promptly report to the person in charge, unified scheduling. Don't make a claim.

E, at work, we should have a proactive attitude and work with problems, so as to learn more.

(5) Remarks:

A, the number of people is 15, and the working time is 15 days.

Practical itinerary:

At 20: 38 on August 6th, a large force set off from Shanghai on T52 flight (37 hours and 07 minutes).

The person in charge should make all preparations before the action:

1. Before the internship, explain the specific situation of the internship, ensure that each member is prepared for hardship, and at the same time strengthen the propaganda work of team management and educate the safety knowledge such as food hygiene and self-protection.

2. Before departure, handle the necessary documents and certificates required for activities in the practice area, and ensure that all arrangements (such as accommodation and transportation) are appropriate.

3. Collect the information of local hospitals and police stations in advance, so as to properly handle emergencies such as getting sick and getting lost.

4. Understand the local weather, remind all members to get ready, arrange and properly prepare all kinds of commonly used drugs (preferably equipped with a medical medicine box) to deal with diseases such as motion sickness, heatstroke and acclimatization.

Preparatory work for members of the practice team

1. Before departure, each member should bring his/her student ID card and ID card.

2. Because the practice place is in the north, the climate is dry and hot, players can bring their own umbrellas, sunscreen, heatstroke prevention drugs, etc. Just in case.

1. Grasp the itinerary of each member and arrange the meeting place in case the train is late.

In case of sudden illness on the train, you should contact the conductor in time.

3. In order to prevent thieves from stealing, the money and credit cards are decentralized and personnel are arranged to stay behind for supervision.

4. During the activity, the information officer keeps close contact with the Youth League Committee at any time, reporting the progress of practical activities and the specific situation of members.

5. Actively contact local party committees, people's governments, education committees, youth league committees and other functional departments.

1. All members should put forward strict discipline requirements for themselves, make clear the matters needing attention, strictly control the situation of going out alone, keep order when riding, and don't crowd when getting on and off the bus to ensure the safety of going out.

In practice, we should obey the instructions of the team leader and the person in charge. In case of an accident, you should be calm.

Don't act alone in your spare time (especially at night) and don't stay in dangerous areas (such as rivers and lakes).

During the whole activity, the team members should care about each other and help each other. If there are special circumstances, it should be reported in time.

5. During the activity, all members ensure that the mobile phone is turned on 24 hours a day.

After the practical activities:

The person in charge should know the activities of each player. Keep in touch with each member when you return to ensure that each member returns safely.

Members should set foot on the journey home in time and must not stay.
