9. Confidential personnel shall abide by the confidentiality system when providing information, publishing and writing books.

It is forbidden to provide all kinds of information and information carriers involving state secrets to domestic and foreign organizations, institutions and personnel without permission. When providing confidential information and secret vector to the outside world, the undertaking organ or unit shall strictly implement the relevant confidentiality management regulations. The press and publication department shall not introduce the contents involving state secrets. If it is unavoidable, it shall make a statement to the reporter and request that it not be incorporated into the press release. You are not allowed to write the contents involving state secrets into your own works without authorization.

10, secret-related personnel should abide by the confidentiality system in social communication.

Secret-related personnel shall not involve state secrets in private contacts and private letters. It is not allowed to talk about state secrets in public places, and it is not allowed to provide state secrets to relatives, friends and other irrelevant personnel. Don't talk about state secrets on unsafe telephone. It is not allowed to bring irrelevant personnel into confidential departments and parts. It is strictly forbidden to engage in illegal transactions involving state secrets.

13. When a secret-related person has a leak accident or discovers that others have leaked state secrets, he shall implement the provisions of the confidentiality system.

Secret-related personnel must take remedial measures immediately and report to the unit in time, and shall not conceal acts that violate confidentiality disciplines and regulations, and shall not conceal leakage accidents. When others are found to have leaked state secrets in violation of confidentiality regulations, they must stop immediately and report to the security department of the unit in time. The collected confidential documents and articles shall be sent to the local security department and shall not be handled privately.
