There is a kind of photo, the color is very delicate, and it has a three-dimensional effect. This is not a hologram. What's it called?

First of all, make sure the picture is clear enough (this involves many problems). Generally speaking, the shutter speed should be at least 1/30 seconds or more, preferably 1/60 seconds or more, so as to minimize the influence of hand shake on photo clarity. However, due to the need to ensure sufficient depth of field, the aperture should not be too large, and generally F5.6- 1 1 is the best (depending on the situation at that time). Adjusting the sensitivity is the only way to improve the shutter speed when the spot light is fixed and the large aperture cannot be used. Many digital photography enthusiasts are used to setting the sensitivity to the lowest value to ensure that the imaging is fine enough. Under normal circumstances, the lights of the auto show are still relatively bright, so setting the sensitivity to 200 or 400 is enough, which is a piece of cake for the increasingly popular SLR digital cameras.

Second, pay attention to accurate exposure. In fact, auto show shooting does not need to consider the lighting problem too much. For the lighting arrangement on site, most exhibitors will invite the professional lighting engineers of the exhibition company to design the scheme, with the aim of expressing the texture and lines of the car incisively and vividly, which provides great convenience for photographers to shoot. However, spotlights are different from studio lights after all. There is no huge soft box to soften the light, and there is likely to be local light reflection in the car. If these highlights enter the lens, it may affect the photometric accuracy of some cameras and easily lead to underexposure, so try to avoid the point light sources of these highlights in actual shooting. If it is unavoidable, it is necessary to make necessary exposure compensation according to the exposure situation, and the specific increase or decrease can be judged according to the histogram.

Third, it is also important to use the flash reasonably. Many people think that the built-in flash index of general digital cameras is very small, usually the GN value is less than 10, and it flashes directly at the car, which will inevitably leave a bright spot on the car body or window glass, so the flash is almost useless when shooting auto shows. This statement is correct in itself, but it is not comprehensive. This kind of flash has another feature-it can usually ensure very accurate exposure when flashing at close range, and we need this small-range light source to fill the light when shooting some car interiors or partial photos. When shooting a vehicle from a distance, flashing the light from the side and using it with a polarizer can also make the reflection disappear. Of course, it is best to use the slow flash synchronization function at this time, which can accurately expose the vehicle and background as the main body and eliminate the shadow brought by the flash to some extent. Of course, using the built-in flash is just an emergency. It is best to buy an external flash with a high index to meet the needs of various fill lights in the auto show.

Accurate color without losing the sense of scene.

Due to the different exhibition styles, many manufacturers may use different color temperature or color lighting in the booth. Although it looks beautiful, it is a great test for digital cameras. Generally speaking, as long as the color temperature of the light is not very low, the automatic white balance of the digital camera can cope. But if the color temperature is complex, you need to use a custom white balance. Of course, now more and more digital cameras have RAW storage format, and the color of photos can be freely controlled later, which almost completely solves the problem of color reproduction.

In fact, no matter how you adjust it, the color of the photo can't be "absolutely accurate", not to mention the "absolutely accurate" color may not be pleasing to the eye. So many people like post-processing, which is to make photos have a certain style. This is of course understandable, but when adjusting, remember that the color of the vehicle is as close to the real color as possible, which can beautify it, but don't mislead!

Perfect composition, seeking new breakthroughs

I believe you have seen many photos of auto shows. Although the light and color may be similar, the composition is ever changing. However, if you organize carefully, you will still find that some compositions appear very frequently. Call it a classic composition for the time being! Of course, these photos are not perfect. At the same time, we should also review the shortcomings in the photos.

1 45 degree is the most commonly used shooting angle, and many excellent photos come from this angle. However, this photo also needs to be reviewed, that is, the reflection on the surface is not handled well, which is very messy.

Avoid strong light sources, you can get softer light, and the body lines are full, but the messy background is the biggest disadvantage of the photo.

3. When taking photos of local vehicles, you can use the highlight ratio of the vehicles and the background to form photos with the vehicles correctly exposed and the background completely black. No matter how messy the background is, it's okay. It is easier to achieve this effect with a telephoto lens.

Another way to deal with the background is post-processing, such as using the "radial blur" function in PS and adding some tilt to the composition to make the whole picture more dynamic and "fake".

If your camera has a strong macro capability, you can get close to the car body and shoot more local details.

Oh, by the way, don't forget to take some photos of the interior decoration if the exhibitor allows.

Shoot yourself:

These are some professional photography skills. For photographers with little money, huge equipment and professional team are not realistic, just have a good camera. But that doesn't mean we can't shoot. The following are some simple skills that I personally summarized for your reference.

1. If you want to shoot the composition of automobiles, try not to use wide-angle lenses or wide-angle lenses.

In order to reflect the lines of the car, when the car is the main object, it is necessary to use a lens with optical zoom of 100mm or DC three times, and the space of the telephoto lens is compressed, which is conducive to better expressing the lines of the car and better compressing the background and the car. However, using wide-angle lens is easy to cause distortion.

If you shoot with DC, you only need to use the limit of optical zoom, and it is useless to use digital zoom, which will affect the shooting effect.

For an obvious example, use a telephoto lens to compress space. The rough lines of the car are incisively and vividly integrated with the towering peaks behind them, as if on the same plane, but in fact they may be far apart.

2. Pay attention to composition and shooting position.

The car photos taken by many friends are not lively, mostly because of poor seat selection. If you shoot the front side of the car, it is best not to choose a position parallel to or slightly higher than the headlights. Generally, you use the low position to highlight the domineering of the car and reflect the overall line of the car through the high position.

According to the concept of space stereo aesthetics, when shooting the front of the car, the angle between the bumper and the straight line is larger, and the line on the side of the car is slightly smaller, so the car is the most beautiful.

Using this spatial composition and position, we can highlight the front face and body of the car and give the viewer a comprehensive perspective.

3. Rendering of the scene atmosphere.

To shoot a car, we must first find out its positioning, whether it is a family car, a commercial car, a sports car or an off-road vehicle. Only by knowing their positioning can we choose suitable scenes for them and shoot them in combination with the choice of seats.

The family car is outstanding and warm. You can choose to shoot in front of the cafe or in the courtyard of the villa. Commercial vehicles are differentiated, and you can choose to shoot in front of high-rise buildings or high-end office buildings in CBD; The sports car highlights the speed and can use dynamic synchronous photography on the road; Off-road vehicles need to be on deserts, rocks and slopes to show the performance of their tires and chassis. It is best to shoot in a low position.

When you choose the right scene, you are half successful before shooting.

4. Dynamic shooting highlights the body lines.

Dynamic synchronous photography is a difficult shooting method, but the photos obtained are full of beauty. It uses the synchronization of two cars or the blur of the background when the lens follows the car to reflect the speed.

Generally, it is best to have three people when shooting: the driver of the shooting car and the car being photographed, and the photographer. The camera can be fixed outside the car through a powerful suction cup, and the photographer can shoot by feeling through the remote control, so that he can shoot at a lower angle or in a rare position. You can also open the window of the camera car and fix the camera in the car to shoot.

5. Careful people pay attention to details.

All cars have their own design highlights, so many friends also like to take photos of some details of the car, such as the newly replaced wheels, the engine compartment full of mechanical beauty, the logo that embodies brand honor ... There are too many photos that can be taken on the car.
