Who is the first photo of China? (
The first photo taken by China is a "traitor" (Figure 1). This photo was 16 1 years ago. Although vague, the portrait is clear: slender face, bent eyes, shiny forehead and goatee. This man, Ying, was a senior official in Daoguang and Xianfeng periods of Qing Dynasty. Old citizens worked as ministers in the imperial court, the Ministry of Rites, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Official Affairs and the Ministry of Household Affairs. He is in charge of the Eight Banners and infantry (also known as the Nine Magistrates). He used to be governor of Jehol, general Shengjing, general Guangzhou, general Hangzhou, governor of two rivers, governor of Guangdong and other important government officials, and finally became a university student in Wenyuange. His father, Lu Kang, was a great scholar in Jiaqing Dongting. His father and son came down from the same generation and entered the cabinet to worship each other. The exchange of visits between father and son is also rare in the history of China feudal society. On behalf of the Qing government, Chi Ying signed the first unequal treaty in China's modern history-the Sino-British treaty of nanking, and then signed the Five-Port Trade Charter, the Humen Treaty, the Wang Xia Treaty and the Huangpu Treaty, which humiliated the country, and was finally given by Emperor Xianfeng to commit suicide. 1844, Yule eger came to China as the chief inspector of French customs and was received by the Qing court. No one in the palace had seen the camera at that time. When Yule offered to take photos of court officials, no one dared to try. Senior English naturally became the first person to eat crabs because of his contact with foreigners. This photo is recognized by many photographers and archivists at home and abroad as the earliest existing photo in China. At present, the French Museum of Photography, the First Museum of History in China and the China Photo Archives all have related photos/newscenter/2005-02/06/xinsrc _ 46202061334625132402.jpg.
