Does champagne have a degree?

The common degree of champagne is about 12- 13 degrees. Although the degree of champagne is relatively low, almost everyone who has drunk champagne has the same experience, that is, it is easier to get drunk, especially whiskey and spirits. That was a real disaster.

A professor from the University of Surrey led a team to conduct an empirical study on the drunkenness of champagne, and confirmed that the culprit was carbon dioxide bubbles in wine. This study was published in 2003.

Professor FranRidout divided the experimental volunteers into two groups. One group drank champagne with bubbles, and the other group drank champagne without bubbles (the same champagne, but the bubbles were beaten out with an eggbeater first). After accurate calculation, everyone has the same alcohol content per kilogram of body weight to improve the accuracy of the experiment.

Precautions for drinking champagne:

1, don't close the champagne before drinking it, let it breathe, especially the new champagne that has just left the factory.

2. When pouring champagne, pour a little less first, and then pour two-thirds when the foam is less.

3, let the wine breathe before drinking, otherwise sometimes too new champagne will be sour.
