Who brings bad luck to children?

Beibei has just been born for less than five months. Like many other children, she is very cute. You see, he has thick soft black hair, a pair of bright eyes often look at you and smile, and a small dimple appears on his white face from time to time. Anyone who sees him will like him at once. Beibei's parents treat him like a pimple, afraid that he will be frozen, hungry and crying, so Beibei is very happy!

Beibei grew up to half a year old, but something unfortunate happened. He has blisters on his delicate face, chest, back, abdomen, hands and feet, and then the blisters are getting bigger and bigger, slowly turning into pustules and starting to fester, causing the baby to cry all day. This frightened his parents. They quickly sent Beibei to the hospital for treatment. Now, Beibei can't laugh anymore. From summer to autumn, Beibei needs injections, medicine and ointment almost every day, which is the control of her illness.

However, the doctor told Beibei's parents to keep their children's skin clean. So Beibei's parents scrimped and saved, specially hired a nanny for Beibei, and often took a bath and changed clothes. Who knows that when the weather was just hot the next year, Beibei was covered with big pustules. So I had to send it to the hospital again. This time, Beibei was really tortured. Beibei cried herself hoarse. In order to treat Beibei's illness, the whole family sought medical treatment everywhere and searched all the famous doctors, but it could only be cured for a while, but it still could not be cured. Repeated attacks in summer and autumn every year made Beibei suffer enough from childhood, and her physique dropped significantly. Finally, Beibei's parents held a glimmer of hope and sent Beibei to the largest hospital in the province for medical treatment. After a comprehensive examination, the doctor asked Beibei's mother about her work history and living habits. Finally, they diagnosed that the child's illness was caused by internal fire, and it was useless to treat the skin surface alone. This fundamental reason is related to the mother's lack of good living habits. It turns out that Beibei's mother 18 years old started working as a kiln worker 13 years. Every day, she shovels coal and charcoal by the hot brick kiln and breathes the polluted air. She often feels her throat burning dry, tired and uncomfortable. At first, she didn't adapt to high temperature operation and air pollution at all, but after a long time, she got used to it and didn't take it to heart. Unexpectedly, after more than ten years, this kind of environmental pollution has brought irreparable misfortune to his baby, which has followed his life like a shadow. Every time I think of all this, Beibei's mother is heartbroken.

A scene next to "the best water in the world"

Jiuzhaigou is famous for its scenery at home and abroad. Haizi in Jiuzhaigou is even more beautiful on earth. Under the blue sky, colorful, known as "the best water in the world." Chinese and foreign tourists come here for sightseeing in an endless stream, never leaving. However, not long ago, a tourist told me a very disturbing story.

There were many tourists on Haizi's side this day. The lake is as clear as a mirror, reflecting a green hill. Everyone was intoxicated with the beautiful scenery in front of him, but soon, this harmonious beauty was ruthlessly destroyed. I saw several well-dressed young men and women coming in front. While eating, they listened to the terrible rock music played by the portable tape recorder. They look very unhappy. At the edge of Haizi, they stopped. In the sparkling water, the lively and clever fish shuttled through the game.

"pa!" With a bang, an apple peel was thrown into the water. Then, one of the young women rubbed a handful of bread and sprinkled it. Suddenly, the clear lake became ugly, like a broken face.

We see it in our eyes, but the pain is in our hearts. Several people hurried forward to dissuade them. The young man took a look and said angrily, "Who are you and what's it to you?" The girl thinks she is a compassionate "female bodhisattva" and plausibly says, "How can fish live without feeding? Look, they are still asking for my tail and spitting bubbles. They really appreciate us! " Look at that unpretentious expression, I'm really ashamed of her. I wonder how such an elegant "Miss Civilization" doesn't even understand the common sense that "fish live by eating plankton and microorganisms". But fortunately, they stopped giving it.

At this time, some people not far away caught my attention. At first glance, I knew it was a few Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and foreign tourists. They rolled up their trouser legs and fished up a lot of rubbish from the water. One of the foreign friends shook his head and asked inexplicably in Chinese: "Every nation compares the toast that has lived for generations to' mother'. Why do they spoil their mother so much in this incomparable picturesque place? "

His tone is not heavy, but he hits my heart like a whip. I think this foreigner's voice will also inspire everyone's self-esteem in China! Do foreigners really need to protect the beauty of the motherland?

In the case of printed circuit boards

In the mid-1970s, after China banned the production and use of PCB, Beijing Environmental Protection Department collected a batch of PCB capacitors and sealed them in a cave in Huairou County for future treatment.

One night after 12 years, 1989 and 12 years, several farmers, lured by huge sums of money, stole 570 PCB capacitors for three Zhejiang "businessmen". PCB is a synthetic organic substance, which can enter the human body through the skin, respiratory tract and digestive tract, endangering health, and is a highly toxic substance that is extremely difficult to decompose. 1968, Japan's "rice bran oil incident" shocked the world, thousands of people were poisoned and 16 people died. It was caused by accidentally infiltrating PCB as a heat carrier when processing rice bran oil. According to international practice, every 7 kg of PCB stolen is a serious environmental pollution case. Now these stolen capacitors contain dozens of kilograms of PCB, so the incident is very serious.

After receiving the report, the Beijing Public Security Bureau arrested the criminal within a few days. But the stolen goods are missing, and the names and addresses of those "businessmen" in Zhejiang are unknown. Therefore, an urgent telex was sent from Beijing to the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, the Provincial Public Security Department, the Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau and other relevant departments, requesting assistance in finding the whereabouts of the stolen PCB. Huangyan, Zhejiang Province is the world-famous hometown of oranges and the well-known Feijiu electrical appliance market in China. If PCB capacitors are scattered there, it will not only endanger the health of local people, but also bring PCB to all parts of the country through polluted oranges, with disastrous consequences.

Sure enough, 1500 PCB capacitors were found and seized in Huangyan area, far exceeding the number of thefts in Huairou County. So where did these capacitors come from? Is the stolen capacitor in Huairou County? Tracing the trail and analyzing the case, the PCB capacitor pollution case in Huangyan area finally came to the bottom: this batch of highly toxic pollutants came from a substation company in Shanghai! The relevant personnel of this company, knowing that PCB is a highly toxic substance, reversed the "destruction fee" of 30,000 yuan and pushed the "burden" to a waste company in Shanghai, which sold capacitors through brokers, so a batch of * * * flowed into Huangyan and Huairou County, about 1500. Now these capacitors are sealed in two inaccessible warehouses and guarded by special personnel. The polluted place has been in the early Qing dynasty, and the imminent crisis has finally been solved. However, this PCB poisoning case tells us that what is terrible is not PCB, but people's ignorance, greed and various dereliction of duty of relevant personnel.

The well of the Millennium does not spit fast.

In ancient times, there was a small official somewhere in the south of China. One day, he received a business mission to deliver documents to the then capital. He rode on the road in a hurry. In the evening, he stayed in a hotel. There is a well in the hotel, which is warm in winter and cool in summer, with a faint sweetness. Drinking well water, the little official felt that the hardships of the journey were much relieved. This well has added many good memories to people who come from the south to the north. But this little official is a selfish man. When he left the hotel the next morning, he poured the leftover grass from the horse into the well.

After a month or so, Xiao Guan came back from Beijing and came to this hotel again. When he arrived here, it was completely dark. After running all day, the little official felt tired and thirsty, so he drew water from the well to drink. Because it was dark, the water in the bucket could not be seen clearly. The little official was so thirsty that he drank water like a cow, so he drank a straw. The straw got stuck in the throat of the young official, and he couldn't swallow it or spit it out. After a while, the little official died. The straw fell into the well when he came last time. In order to learn from the lessons of small officials, the ancients warned future generations: "The well of a thousand years, don't spit it out." This means warning people not to pollute water sources.
