I still remember the first time I knew War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression was in my mother's story. In "Chicken Hair Letter", Hai Wa, who is clever and not afraid of sacrifice, said: "The cows are still grazing on the hillside, but the cattle herders don't know where to go ..." Wang Erxiao, who was praised in the song, was naughty and clever, and helped the armed forces behind the enemy to teach the enemy a hard lesson. All of them grew up with me. Since then, their spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice and daring to devote themselves to the country has taken root in my heart. Later, with the in-depth study of history, I understood War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, a sacred war with great historical significance.

Seventy-three years ago, the gunfire at Lugouqiao started the China people's counterattack against Japanese fascist aggression and the national war of resistance. After more than eight years of trouble, the people of China finally put out the smoke of war lit by the Japanese invaders in China. Sixty-five years later, with a flick of a finger, the Chinese nation has since reversed the situation of a hundred years of decline, and ancient China has since moved towards national independence and self-improvement.

In retrospect, when the motherland was poor and weak, Japanese imperialism trampled on the great rivers and mountains of China, maimed my compatriots and committed heinous crimes against the people of China. On the one hand, there are ferocious faces of war maniacs, and on the other hand, the country is ruined, devastated and blood shed. Wars are burning everywhere, people's homes are destroyed, and their wives and children are separated. During the Nanjing Massacre, the enemy burned, killed and looted, killing unarmed Nanjing people, causing 300,000 China compatriots to die with hardships ... The people of China lived in dire straits. At the critical moment of the Chinese nation's life and death, under the leadership of China, many warm-blooded sons and daughters resolutely went to the front line of anti-Japanese war and joined the ranks of saving the country. In order to get rid of the Japanese devils and strive for national liberation, they did not hesitate to shed their heads and blood, and wrote a magnificent chapter in their lives in the rain of bullets.

Today, we commemorate this great victory, that is, we will always remember the innocent compatriots killed by the Japanese aggressors; Always remember the martyrs who fought bravely in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and died for their country; Always remember the veterans, patriots and anti-Japanese generals who participated in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression; Always remember the Chinese people at home and abroad who have made contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War; Always remember the foreign governments and international friends who supported and helped China in the Anti-Japanese War. Remember their bloody battles, their wisdom, their selflessness and their love for the country.

History is silent and the spirit is immortal. I have gone through the vicissitudes of time and the vastness of space with my deepest and truest brushwork. I want to remind people of the bitter and violent anti-fascist struggle 65 years ago. I want to reveal the magical power of a country and a nation at the critical moment of national life and death. We commemorate this war not for hatred, but for the future. History cannot be forgotten, and forgetting means betrayal. This history should have infiltrated into our blood, synthesized in our DNA, and become the innate memory of future generations. Just like a wound that is always awake, with a kind of pain that can never be avoided, it always reminds us that we will be beaten if we fall behind, and China should strive for self-improvement!
