Movie tidbits of world hope
Hope on Earth is a long-simmering work by Shen Fu. In the process of the script being submitted for trial, it was banned by the film censorship authorities at that time, demanding that all the traitors and puppet characters described in the play be changed to Japanese. Shen Fu resolutely refused to modify it. After many negotiations and struggles, I was able to put myself into filming. "Hope on Earth" was released in April, 1949, which was warmly praised by local public opinion. People think that this film "shows the unique spirit of the people of China-greater patience, greater resilience and heroic collectivism" and "radiates great brilliance for the film industry in China today".
