Will the photography assistant sign the contract?

According to my personal understanding, pure commercial photography and idealized photography are separated.

If it is purely commercial photography, it is natural to sign a contract.

If it is an ideal photography, assistants have a tacit relationship with photographers, makeup artists, lighting engineers and designers.

It is not measurable by money. Signing a contract may alienate each other.

A good team, everyone will know the value of their work. More work, more gain.

Looking at it from another angle, signing a contract may not solve the substantive problem.

It's better to calm down and study hard and explore experience at work.

No matter whether you are an assistant or do it yourself, you should study and work step by step.
