The Garden of Eden under the Volcano

Fenghuang Baoji’s Diary: The Garden of Eden Under the Volcano

In recent years, with the development of the economy, , with the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for houses are no longer just for living as before. Real estate developers will also consider people's new needs for the living environment when selecting project sites.

Although Tengchong is located in a remote area, its rich natural resources, suitable environment, and mild climate are increasingly favored by real estate developers. Therefore, there are many residential properties in Tengchong.

Many people are familiar with the fact that Tengchong has many volcanoes and hot springs, but there is such a real estate in Tengchong, which is built under the volcano, with mountains, water and hot springs. Perhaps, this kind of real estate is the only one in the whole country.

Fenghuang Baoji is located in the northwest of Tengchong City, about 13 kilometers away from the city. Go straight along the North Third Ring Road and cross Dongfang Road. , Wenxing Street, enter 093 Township Road, and turn into County Road 195 at Xishanba. At about 25, we arrived at Fenghuang Baoji Garden of Eden

Project location

Fenghuang Baoji is located on a gentle slope of the mountain. The terrain is high in the west and low in the east, surrounded on three sides. Mountain, adjacent to County Road 195 in the east, is relatively open. When you walk into the project, the first thing you see is the large green and neatly manicured grassland. There are some tall and thick masson pines scattered around. In Tengchong, a summer with abundant rainfall, the surrounding mountains become increasingly green after a rain, and there is a faint earthy smell in the air.

First impression of the sales office

The sales office is not far from the entrance of the project. The roof is gray and adopts the common local pitched roof design. From a distance, It doesn't look very tall, and even feels a little low compared to the tall trees around it. The entire building blends into the green background of nature and is harmonious with nature. It does not appear obtrusive. I think this is probably the designer's intention.

The sales office is basically made of wood. The volcanic stone steps and background walls reflect Tengchong elements. The large-area floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the lighting is simple and generous. The internal space of the sales office is open, the layout is simple, the rest area is simple and elegant, the distant mountains and trees outside, and the breeze and grass color come in through the glass doors and windows. It is also an interesting experience to take a rest, drink tea and chat in such an environment.

? Project supporting facilities

The entire project is planned with the volcano as the center and is divided into several large sections: the front of the volcano is constructed in three phases The residential section, commercial street and Lohas Park are located between the residential area and the volcano. The RV campground is on the left side of the project, and the high-rise bungalow area is on the right side. Relying on its unique volcanic resources, Phoenix Baoji will create the first large-scale volcano live show in China, using sound combined with stage effects to present an immersive volcanic eruption audio-visual art to the audience. The wellness center is located on the west side of the volcano.

Phase I

Phase I is all courtyard houses, with a total of 245 units. It is located southwest of the sales office and is built against the mountain. The front is low and the back is slightly higher. Delivered with decoration, wide view from the front row, garden entrance, and terrace. Standing on the balcony and looking out into the distance, you will see towering mountains in the distance, steaming clouds and mist, making you feel like you are in a fairyland.

Baicaoba Reservoir

Take the project’s sightseeing bus and go west along the gentle slope from the left side of the project, about 2.5 kilometers (the project covers an area of ??3100 acres It’s really not small) and we arrived at the Baicaoba Reservoir in the far west of the project. This is a volcanic barrier lake. The water in the surrounding valleys is collected into a relatively low-lying reservoir. The water is clear and can be drank directly. The surface of the lake is calm, and the outlines of the surrounding peaks can be faintly seen on the lake mirror. The breeze passes by, the ripples are gentle, and the wild grass beside the lake is swaying. On the grass in the distance, a few horses were munching the grass leisurely. After chewing a few mouthfuls, they casually raised their heads and glanced here and then buried their faces in the ground. The background was a vast expanse of peaks. The white rain and mist covered the peak, and its posture was constantly changing on the mountainside.

The second phase model room

The second phase model room is built on the flat land between the reservoir and the volcano, with three independent courtyard buildings. The buildings are distributed in a circular shape, connected by green volcanic stone roads in the middle, green shrubs are planted around them, bamboos are placed in the corners, and lawns are paved in the open spaces. Three model houses stand among these greens.

Tengchong volcanoes are rich in geothermal resources, and Fenghuang Baoji is located under the only double-headed volcano in Tengchong. Therefore, under such geological conditions, Phoenix Baoji made full use of natural resources and introduced natural geothermal hot springs into the second phase of the courtyard, providing residents with a unique gift from nature.

House type B has two bedrooms and two living rooms in a courtyard, with front and rear gardens. On the left side of the entrance is the master bedroom with a dressing room. On the right is the guest dining room and kitchen. Across the living room is the courtyard. The hot spring pool is in a corner of the courtyard. Going along the courtyard corridor, there is first a multi-functional area where you can read, relax, and drink tea. Next door is the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have bathrooms.

The second floor directly above the second bedroom is designed as an open terrace. From the terrace, you can see far away. You can lie lazily on the lounge chair, listen to the pine waves in the distance, and watch the white clouds moving in the sky.

Who wouldn’t want to own such a small courtyard with a view?
