How to strengthen self-mental health care and cultivation

The ocean of life is vast and colorful. Sometimes it makes people happy and exciting, sometimes it makes people annoyed and depressed, and it is difficult to extricate themselves. Sometimes it makes people reluctant to leave, peaceful and intoxicating. It can be said to be sour, sweet, bitter and spicy. However, if you want to control your life well and become the master of your own destiny, you must have a good and healthy psychology, and a healthy psychology comes from daily mental health care and cultivation. So how should we strengthen self-mental health care and cultivation, so as to build a healthy psychological world for ourselves?

The following introduces some experience summaries for daily self-cultivation and mind cultivation.

l. Be knowledgeable and talented, win people's hearts with integrity and friendliness, be philosophical in dealing with others, and be good at solving worries to avoid harming the body.

2. Cultivate your body and mind, practice your body and nature; you cannot be without desires, but you must be selfless. Life is in your nature, and only in your virtue. Purify your soul, and keep your body and mind healthy.

3. Don’t be troubled, don’t be annoyed, troubles will make you age easily; things in the world are rarely perfect, and worrying about gains and losses will cause troubles.

4. Live until you are old, learn until you are old, and make progress regardless of old or young; actively deal with the world and resolve conflicts, and strive for glory.

5. There are many ups and downs in human life. It is difficult to prevent misfortune and fortune, and it is difficult to predict the wind. We are jealous and suspicious of revenge, and we suffer from restless thoughts.

6. Be harmonious, be kind to others, and treat others sincerely. Forgiving others' mistakes and being cheerful and tolerant have many benefits.

7. Don’t care about gains and losses, humility and restraint are virtues, contentment is always joy, and harmony is happiness.

8. I don’t get angry when others offend me. Once I get angry and fall into other people’s traps, my body will be weak when the anger comes out. It can be real and serious when the anger comes out. Timely reflection can make up for it. A calm mind and a harmonious spirit will benefit the body.

9. If people are unhappy, they will suffer more. Be optimistic, open-minded, and independent. If you are narrow-minded and miscellaneous, happiness will always be with you. Cultivate your mind, cultivate your character, and shape your personality. Prevent and treat diseases and keep your mind healthy.
