Brief introduction of CCD image sensor

CCD image sensor (Charge Coupled Device) was successfully developed in Bell Laboratories in 1969, and then mass-produced by Japanese companies and other companies. Its development history has been nearly 30 years, from the initial 654.38+million pixels to the current mainstream application of 5 million pixels. CCD can be divided into two types: line type and plane type, in which line type is used for image scanners and fax machines, and plane type is mainly used for digital cameras (DSC), video cameras, surveillance cameras and other image input products.
