SLR cameras have many shooting modes, including automatic, semi-automatic, manual, B-door and so on. It seems that in many people's eyes, the master shoots by hand, while the white one shoots automatically. Actually, it is not. Generally speaking, most people use semi-automatic shooting. Many times, we need to make corresponding adjustments according to the scenes we shoot, and analyze the specific situation.

Now, the melon seed bench is ready. Let's talk about the modes of aperture priority shooting and shutter priority shooting on SLR cameras.

Turn the dial for selecting shooting mode on SLR camera to AV file (Canon camera) or A file (Nikon camera), which is the legendary aperture priority shooting mode!

Aperture priority refers to the exposure value calculated by the camera's automatic metering system, and then automatically determines how many shutters to use according to the aperture size you choose. Manually set the aperture value, and automatically adjust the shutter speed according to the metering result. Generally used for shooting still life and controlling depth of field.

In fact, this is also very understandable. In the last article, we introduced exposure = aperture * shutter * *iso. The higher the iso, the more noise there is in the photo, which is generally not too high and will be set within a reasonable range without much change. Therefore, the aperture is fixed. In order to get the ideal exposure, the system will automatically adjust the shutter speed according to the light condition.

Usage: Set the shooting mode to AV file (or S file), manually set a desired aperture value, set iso to automatic, and then you can take photos happily!

Because the size of the aperture directly affects the depth of field, the aperture priority mode is the most widely used in ordinary shooting. Some subjects directly related to aperture are photography, landscape photography and so on. The advantage of aperture priority is also obvious-metering is fast and convenient. For some scenes and portraits with fast light and shadow changes, the advantage of aperture priority is particularly obvious. In blind shot, manual metering is inconvenient, so aperture priority is a good choice.

However, aperture priority is not so omnipotent. When the light is weak, the shutter tends to slow down, the hand-held camera will shake and the photos will paste. Aperture priority is often used in combination with exposure locking, otherwise the parameters will always change.

Teach you a little trick. In aperture priority mode, you can set the slowest shutter speed1125 in the settings, so the system will be forced to improve iso. Some photos can be repaired early or late. If they are burned, the film will be scrapped. So sometimes the problem of iso high point is not very big.

Turning the dial for selecting shooting mode on SLR camera to TV (Canon camera) or S (Nikon camera) is another semi-automatic shooting mode-shutter priority shooting mode.

Shutter priority is to get the aperture value through camera metering when the shutter is defined manually. Shutter priority is mostly used to shoot moving objects, especially sports shooting. When shooting a moving object, the subject is blurred, mostly because the shutter speed is not fast enough. In this case, you can use the shutter priority mode, roughly determine a shutter value, and then shoot. And the motion of the object is generally regular, then the shutter value can also be roughly estimated. For example, the shutter speed for photographing pedestrians is only1125 seconds, while it takes11000 seconds for photographing falling water droplets. The automatic metering system will calculate the exposure value, and then automatically determine how much aperture to use according to the shutter speed you choose.

It is the same as aperture priority. First set the shutter value manually, set iso to automatic, and then you can take photos happily!

From this point of view, the advantage of shutter priority is also obvious-metering is fast and convenient. When shooting subjects related to speed, shutter priority is obviously more convenient than aperture priority. Because sports themes give us a short time to think, shutter priority is most commonly used in sports shooting. When shooting a concert, the light changes quickly, and the shutter priority is quickly finished. When the child moves fast and has no time to measure the light, it is best to use the shutter first.

However, when the light is weak, the aperture can't keep up and it is easy to be underexposed. Like aperture priority, shutter priority often needs to be used together with exposure locking, otherwise the exposure parameters will change all the time.

Usually we take this kind of moving picture with the shutter first. Setting the shutter at around115 can not only ensure that people will not paste, but also ensure that the background will have a track.

Aperture priority and shutter priority have their own advantages and disadvantages, and they complement each other. These two shooting modes can deal with most subjects, and we need to use them flexibly in practical application.

Small homework:

Please take a photo of a passer-by riding a bicycle or a takeaway brother passing by with a shutter at night. You can send it to me backstage after filming ~ ~ ~

Thank you for your patience and seeing this place. Here we are, leave a small red heart and just pay attention before you leave. Thank you again for your support, so ~
