How to play Hongcun? What are the scenic spots worth visiting in Hongcun?

Hongcun, ancient Huizhou, was originally named Hongcun. Because it avoided the name of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed Hongcun. It is one of the six major water towns in the south of the Yangtze River and has the reputation of "the hometown of Chinese painting". Maybe many friends have been here, but they haven't. What do you need to know when you travel to Hongcun? Let Bian Xiao tell you.

About Hongcun village

Hongcun, located at the southern foot of Huangshan Mountain, Anhui Province, is 1 1 km away from yi county County. It is a strange cow-shaped ancient village in the peach blossom garden of the ancient giant salamander, which was called Hongcun in ancient times. Hongcun is the most representative of many Huizhou residential villages in southern Anhui. Because of its interest in Shan Ye and water town customs, it is known as "the village in Chinese painting". The two century-old trees at the entrance of the village are even more exquisite.

Hongcun scenic spot

South Lake

"The continuous drizzle wet the spring mud and smelled the birds singing through the fog. Sancho West, Yang Xiao. " This poem says that the first scenic spot after entering the door is South Lake. Here is called "tripe". There is a stone arch bridge and a famous painting bridge on the lake, which was built after the autumn moon in Pinghu, Hangzhou. At first glance, the blue brick horse head wall is reflected in the clear lake, which makes people feel like they are in a paradise.

Nanhu academy

After crossing the painting bridge, we arrived at Nanhu Academy, a rural school in Hongcun, where Huizhou merchants "are good at learning Confucianism" and have always attached importance to education. Nanhu Academy has created generations of Huizhou merchants. What we are seeing now is the restored building.

Time reference: 25 minutes

Tang Zhi

It takes 20 minutes to walk from Nanhu Academy to Chengzhitang. Known as the "Folk Palace Museum", it was built around 1855 by Wang Dinggui, a local salt merchant in Qing Dynasty. The whole building is made of wood, and the interior of the building is decorated with bricks, stones and wood carvings. At first glance, it is magnificent. The wood carvings on the beams, arches, flower gates and windowsills in the main hall are extremely exquisite, and each character has different expressions, which can be called the excellent wood carvings in the "four carvings" art of Huizhou School. In addition, there is a brick carving in the housekeeper's yard, which is extremely beautiful and can be tasted by yourself.

Yangnuma

It takes 10 minutes to walk from Chengzhitang to Moon Bay. Moonmarsh, named after its half-moon shape, is located in the center of the whole village, equivalent to the central city. At the same time, the landscape stamps issued by 1982 also include Huizhou architectural design.

Wangshisitang

Wang Ancestral Temple, located in Moon Bay, is the place where the ancients handled clan affairs and offered sacrifices to their ancestors. This is a typical Huizhou-style three-pronged building. Currently, the third entrance has been destroyed. The existing two entrances are "one entrance" for family gatherings to handle large and small affairs and "two entrances" for ancestral tablets. Knock on the blackboard! Focus! The ancestral hall is dedicated to Hu Zhong, the only woman in Huizhou who entered the male ancestral hall. She presided over the construction of South Lake, but she was a great local figure.

Shelley color

Shelley is one of the natural villages in ancient Huizhou, and its administrative division is Hongcun Town, yi county. It's only 2-3 kilometers walk from Hongcun to Shelley. This is a rural tribe with Huiyun, a feature of growing up in the back room, and no one knows her.

Flaming autumn leaves, pink houses and red, yellow and green altars are intertwined, just like a Jiangnan ink painting!

About food

There are a lot of bamboo shoots in Hongcun or nearby, so villagers often see fresh bamboo shoots dried in various ways to store or make other food. There is also the custom of killing pigs in winter and drying ham in spring. From time to time, I will see ham hanging on the wall and shining in the sun.

Perhaps the most famous Hongcun is the China Huizhou hairy tofu on the tip of the tongue. Everyone who comes here will come here to have a taste. Tofu tastes a little sticky. People who eat it for the first time will not find it particularly delicious, nor will they find it particularly unpalatable. Just have a taste.

Particularly refreshing are all kinds of pickles and accompaniment qualified by local villagers.

If you see that black fruit, you must try it. Don't forget to ask its name. Later, it was found that it may be called ebony, which tastes like grapes, but it is sweet and slightly sour. I bought it twice and wanted to take some with me when I left, but I was in a hurry.

About accommodation

Hongcun is not big and there are many homestays, so actually I don't think the location is important. Because it is small, it is convenient to live and go out, and the structure of homestays is generally similar. There is a place where homestays are concentrated near the South Lake.
