Can you get an electric shock if you touch the zero line and the ground line?

Under normal circumstances, it will not get an electric shock. Ordinary families and most production units are connected with single-phase alternating current, so there is no problem of three-phase electricity imbalance. Therefore, the zero line is generally not charged, only as a reference zero potential line, and the ground wire is directly grounded, and it is only charged under the condition of current leakage. You can touch it under normal circumstances, but be careful not to touch live wires.
