In 2023, eligible children, soldiers and the elderly will be free of charge in Yishan, as follows: children under 6 years old or under 1.4m in height; Retired cadres of active and retired soldiers; Older people over 60 years old (inclusive); Disabled persons (severely disabled persons including an accompanying person); Photographers with municipal, provincial and national photography certificates; High-level talents with "Shandong Cai Hui Certificate" and "Du Yuan Cai Hui Certificate".
