Formation of mineral water resources in Meizhou city and its development and utilization status

Most mineral water is formed and produced by precipitation and surface water infiltrating into the ground through the special "nature" of the "mineral water bed" in a specific geological and geochemical environment. Therefore, the formation conditions of "mineral water bed" also determine the formation and distribution characteristics of mineral water resources. The formation of "mineral water bed" is closely related to the internal structure of the earth and the geological structure characteristics of the lithosphere.

Guangdong, Fujian, eastern Jiangxi, southern Hunan and Hainan Island, located in the southeast coast of China, are areas with strong crustal activity. Especially since Mesozoic, with the strong fault activity of large-scale magma intrusion, volcanic rocks and granites have been widely distributed, which has created favorable conditions for the formation of "mineral water bed". In addition, the distribution of mineral water is also related to its natural geographical environment, because these areas are located in the south, close to the ocean, with humid climate and abundant rainfall, which is conducive to the replenishment of groundwater resources, which is also an important condition for the replenishment of mineral water sources. So these areas not only have a large number of mineral springs, but also have a large amount of water inflow.

Meizhou City is located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, and eight counties (cities, districts) under its jurisdiction are all mountainous areas. Due to the development of fault structures, most of them are granite and metamorphic rock fracture zones, and the abundant rainfall in this area (annual rainfall 1500mm) provides good conditions for the formation and occurrence of mineral water (including underground hot water). There are 0/2 mineral waters/kloc-0 in Meizhou, including large 1 mouth, 5 medium-sized and 6 small-sized ones, which are mainly distributed in Wuhua, Fengshun, Dabu and Meixian. The total allowable exploitation amount of Meizhou Land and Resources Bureau is 3,726 m3/d.

. Most of the mineral water in Meizhou belongs to metasilicate mineral water, and a few are metasilicate mineral water containing lithium, strontium and carbonic acid.

At present, 8 mineral waters have been developed and utilized in Meizhou, and 4 have not been utilized or stopped mining. According to the statistics at the end of 20001,there are 8 mineral water enterprises in the city with a designed production capacity of 85,000 m3/a, and the actual production of mineral water in that year was 75,600 m3, with an output value of 4.755 million yuan. The actual development amount accounts for about 5% of the total allowable development amount (table 16.2). Planning of Mineral Resources in Meizhou City (Meizhou Bureau of Land and Resources, 2004).

.

It is reported that Meizhou Daily (2003- 12-25).

Meizhou City has the first batch of ***8 enterprises that produce bottles (barrels) of direct drinking water, and there are 4 enterprises that produce mineral water. The brands of mineral water are Quan Zhi, Meiyan, Heding and Sanyuequan respectively. Among the qualified bottled drinking water products in Guangdong Province in 2004, there are 7 kinds in Meizhou, among which mineral water such as "Hometown of Spring" and "Meiyan" are on the list. According to a survey in a large shopping mall in Meicheng, the shopping mall sells drinking water 13, including 2 kinds of mineral water, 6 kinds of pure water, distilled water 1 kind and 4 kinds of mixed drinks (colorless). One kind of mineral water is "Yili" in Shenzhen and the other is "the hometown of spring water". It can be seen that "the hometown of spring water" is a mineral water that can compete with famous brands such as "Yili". "Hometown of Spring Water" is the largest and best-selling mineral water brand in Meizhou at present. Guangdong quanzhixiang mineral spring beverage co., ltd (fig. 16. 1) is a joint venture between Guangdong dapu county mineral spring food and beverage enterprise (group) co., ltd and a Singaporean company, with a total investment of 25 million RMB, which was officially put into production in July 1994. At present, the factory produces a series of brands such as the hometown of spring water, Wuhushan Mountain and Huwazi. This series of mineral water comes from cracks in deep granite and is made by long-term natural infiltration and filtration. It passed the national appraisal in Guangzhou on April 1989, and belongs to low-grade calcium sodium bicarbonate metasilicate mineral water (table 16.3).

"Baxiangshan" mineral water is the earliest high-quality mineral water brand in Meizhou, which was jointly developed by "Old District Office" of Fengshun County and Fengshun State-owned Beverage Factory in 1989 (won the gold medal of' 93 Hong Kong International Food Expo). At present, due to the financial difficulties of the state-owned beverage factory, the mineral water production project has been contracted to private individuals at the price of 20,000 yuan (note: the factory has not paid the resource compensation fee for many years, so it is not included in Table 65438. "Baxiangshan" mineral water is produced in the contact zone and cracks between Yanshanian granite and upper Jurassic pyroclastic rocks, and belongs to sodium metasilicate bicarbonate fresh water (Table 16.4).

Generally speaking, the development level of mineral water in Meizhou is low, the scale of production enterprises is small, the management is insufficient, the product type is single, the quality is uneven, the knowledge propaganda is not popular, and the market sales are not prosperous. It is reported that Meizhou Daily (September 27, 2003).

There are more than 20 bottled water (bottled mineral water) production enterprises in Meizhou City. In the spot check in June of that year, 10 enterprises' products were qualified, some of which were water quality filtration problems, and some were bottle and barrel disinfection problems. In addition, Yishou mineral water produced by Fengshun Yishou Mineral Water Plant is put on the market. After investigation and verification by relevant departments, the factory was underground and was ordered to stop production and business. At present, farmers in many places in Meizhou spontaneously exploit mountain springs and sell them cheaply. These mountain springs have not been inspected by relevant departments, and there is no corresponding department to manage them, so there are certain security risks.
