Who are the disabled?

Disabled people include visual disability, speech disability, physical disability, intellectual disability, mental disability and multiple disabilities. Disabled people refer to people who have long-term physical, language, hearing, mental, intellectual or various defects, interact with various obstacles or may hinder disabled people from fully and effectively participating in society on the same basis as healthy people.
