Panoramic mosaic method

The methods of panoramic stitching include preparing equipment, selecting shooting mode and parameters, taking pictures, stitching photos and post-processing.

1, prepare the equipment

In order to take panoramic photos, you need a camera with panoramic shooting function, such as a digital camera with a rotating lens or a drone. In addition, a tripod is also essential to ensure the stability of photos during shooting.

2. Select shooting mode and parameters.

Most digital cameras have a special panoramic shooting mode, such as the panoramic function in the SCN file of Canon G 1 1. When taking panoramic photos, it is recommended to use manual exposure mode (M file) and adjust the exposure parameters according to the actual situation. At the same time, manual focusing is used to ensure clear picture.

Step 3 take pictures

In the process of shooting, make sure that there is a certain overlap between each photo for later splicing. If shooting from a fixed point, please pay attention to maintaining the consistency of rotation speed and angle.

4, photo stitching

After the shooting is completed, all the photos are imported into the computer, and the panoramic stitching software is used for stitching. Common splicing software includes Adobe Photoshop, Panorama Maker and so on. When stitching, choose the appropriate algorithm and parameters to achieve the best effect.

5. Post-processing

After the mosaic is completed, the panoramic photos are post-processed, such as adjusting brightness, contrast and color balance, to improve the image quality. Save panoramic photos as high-resolution files, so as to obtain good image quality when printing or sharing on the network.
