Pulmonary CT photographic report

Secondary miliary tuberculosis.

More common in adults, mostly for the reactivation of the original static lesions. The lesions are confined to a certain part of the lung, mostly in the tip and posterior segment of the upper lobe of the lung and the dorsal segment of the lower lobe of the lung. Clinical symptoms: low fever, fatigue, cough, night sweats, massive hemoptysis, chest pain and emaciation.

In addition, lymphadenopathy and pleural effusion suggest serious lesions. The enlargement of cardiac shadow indicates that cardiac hypertrophy has entered a decompensated stage, which may be accompanied by hypertension and atherosclerosis. Bone deposition in smoking images means that bone destruction is greater than bone formation.

Suggestion: treat the primary disease, smoke less, and it is best not to smoke. Live a regular life, strengthen exercise and eat healthily.

I hope it helps you. Good luck!
