For example, Yongnuo flasher is generally stable at1100, but at 125. Just try to slow down the synchronization speed appropriately. If the light is unstable and the flash time is inaccurate, the same method can be used. If the requirements are not high, it can be handled with a lower synchronization speed. If the requirements are higher, it will be changed.
