There are also "Sohu Classroom", "Tsinghua Online School" and so on, but I personally use Netease open classes the most. On the homepage of Netease Open Class, there are links to selected courses of "ted" and "Khan Academy", which are convenient for us to learn and understand.

Their courses are generally divided into several stages and completed within a limited date. Therefore, compared with the mixed "micro-courses", I personally admire the university course videos on the platforms such as Netease Open Class and Tsinghua Online, and feel that the knowledge taught by university professors is quite reliable.
