How does iPadMicrosoft365 add a border to?

IPadMicrosoft365 adds a border to the picture, as shown below:

1. The first step is to open WPS office software and create a new blank document.

2. Step 2, click Insert in the title bar and select a picture to open.

3. Step 3, click on the picture tool above.
