Who is Luo Xiao, bear infested?

Luo Xiao, a bear, is a photographer. In The Forest in Winter, stories about winter happened between Xiong Er Xiongda, Logger Vick and Luo Xiao, such as ice fishing, snowball fights and making ice sculptures.
