Supplementary enrollment is the second enrollment of some colleges and universities, because there are very few people who fill in the school for the first time and they are not full. At this time, if candidates are not admitted, they can fill in these schools.

There are two main reasons for colleges and universities to repeat their studies: first, some colleges and universities have too few students in the first enrollment times, which did not reach the enrollment plan of that year; Second, the number of students admitted for the first time reached the planned quota, but some students failed to report at the beginning of the semester and automatically canceled their admission qualifications, leaving some places vacant.

The annual re-recording time of each province is determined according to the local specific conditions, and there are generally two time periods:

Second, in September, after the opening of some universities, some admitted candidates failed to report to the school. When they were disqualified, some schools would also make up the records.

After the university decides to make up the record, it will report the information to the competent education department. After collecting the information, the education authorities will distribute it step by step under the school list and make up the records until the county level recruits. At that time, the provincial and county admissions offices will issue a notice of re-recording, and at the same time, candidates who fail to register should always pay attention to the dynamic information of re-recording.
