Office workers have three ways to relieve eye fatigue.

At work, the patriarch sat in the office for a long time, staring straight at the computer, and his eyes were in a state of tension for a long time. It actually hurts their eyes. Ophthalmologists suggest that in addition to regular rest, you might as well use this rest time to do "eye exercises" to help the ciliary muscles relax and avoid premature eye aging.

Wang Mengqi, an ophthalmologist, said that the contraction function of ciliary muscle is like a rubber band. If it is tightened for a long time, elastic fatigue will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to let the eyes have different far and near visual fields and improve the blood circulation of the surrounding muscles to relieve eye fatigue. For sedentary office workers, it is recommended to do the following three tricks to protect your eyes:

1 oculomotor muscle

Practice: close your eyes and gently * * * the muscles around your eyes, from the upper eyes, temples, lower eyes and both sides of the bridge of your nose.

Reminder: Don't press the eyeball, because the eyeball is a very fragile structure and is not suitable for rubbing.

Exercise: Find a window and look into the distance. The distance from the fixed point is at least 6 meters. You don't have to look at the same place, you can look at different angles, and you can also use it to stretch your hands upwards to relieve your shoulders and neck.

Reminder: Don't roll your eyes or look at the extreme side on purpose. This has a limited relaxing effect on the ciliary muscles, which will reduce the way you walk.

Practice: If you have a towel on your hand, you can do hot compress around your eyes. Heat helps to promote blood circulation. If there is no towel, you can also put hot water in the cup and apply it with hot steam.

Reminder: Be sure to close your eyes. Some water may remain after hot compress around the eyes. Remember to wipe it clean so as not to accidentally leave it in your eyes.
