Chapter One: Reading Diary of the Ugly Duckling.

Today, my mother and I read Andersen's fairy tales together, and I was deeply attracted by the wonderful stories in the book. Among them, the article Ugly Duckling impressed me the most.

The ugly duckling was originally a swan egg that was forgotten under the burdock and hatched into a duck egg by a mother duck. He was pecked and bullied everywhere because he was so ugly when he was born. Everyone laughed at him. It got worse every day. Everyone wants to get rid of the poor duckling, even his own brothers and sisters and even the mother duck began to hate the ugly duckling. The duck bit him, the chicken pecked him, and the maid who fed the chicken kicked him. Finally, he couldn't stand such days and left the chicken farm. But the outside world didn't make the ugly duckling happy. Once again, he was laughed at by the wild ducks, embarrassed by the old hen and the male cat, caught by the hostess with a poker, and almost killed by the hunter with a gun. He was almost eaten by wild dogs and starved to death.

However, the ugly duckling didn't despair in the face of suffering, but worked hard all the time, all because he had a lofty ideal in his heart. It was this ideal that made him overcome all kinds of difficulties and finally turned into a beautiful and noble white swan.

This story has a happy ending. I am glad that the ugly duckling has turned into a white swan. My mother told me that we should learn from his perseverance, hope, perseverance and strive for happiness and freedom.

After reading The Ugly Duckling, my mother told me this truth: As long as one has an ideal and works hard for it with firm belief, it doesn't matter even if there are difficulties, because the difficulties will always pass, and the sweet fruit of happiness will be obtained after the struggle.

Although I don't understand it very well, I will work harder no matter what it is in the future.

Chapter two: Reading Rosalie's curiosity diary.

Today, I read a curious story called Rosalie. I talked about how Rosalie overcame her curiosity.

The first curiosity is that the hut in her father's garden can't be opened, but Rosalie can't help it. As a result, the gray mouse in the hut was released by Rosalie, turned her father into a statue and burned their house.

The second curiosity is that her wedding gift with the prince who saved her can't be opened until her birthday. As a result, Rosalie couldn't help it on the last day of her birthday, breaking the contract and opening the wedding gift. As a result, the palace collapsed and the injured prince climbed out of the tile pile.

The third treasure is a small box given to her by an old lady. There is something in the box that she has never seen and will never see, but she can't open it. At night, the box will glow. Rosalie thought of the prince and her father, endured the pain and kept her promise. This time, she did not open the box. Finally, Rosalie rescued the prince and her father and held a wedding with him.

This story tells us that one should be able to control himself. If you can't control yourself now, make up your mind to have the courage and perseverance to overcome yourself, just as Rosalie overcame curiosity for the third time. Students, don't you think?
