(1) Have solid film and television knowledge and writing skills, and be able to independently or cooperate with the project leader to complete the pre-project copywriting of popular science documentaries and videos or the writing of project topic selection schemes;

(2) Proficient in editing software commonly used in the market at present, capable of editing in the later stage of the project, and able to master the rhythm of audio-visual language and different styles of expression;

(3) Be able to communicate with Party A independently or jointly with the project leader, sort out the concept, theme and structure of the film, and complete the theme planning in the early stage of shooting, the script writing in the middle stage and the film editing in the later stage;

(4) Conduct on-site shooting, scheduling, interview and other work independently or with the project leader and cameraman to control and accurately present the required shooting content; Can complete some simple shooting work.

(5) Cooperate with the project manager and producer in the cost budget, film review and delivery in the early stage of project establishment;

(6) Complete other related tasks assigned by the leaders.

Qualifications:

1, bachelor degree or above, major in TV editing and directing, journalism and other related fields;

2. Master PR, AE, finalcut or AVID or other general video editing software;

3. Good case writing skills and external communication skills;

4. Experience in making promotional videos/videos is preferred;

5. Good understanding and learning ability, high sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and independent problem-solving ability, proactive, creative and able to work under pressure;
