How to copy an EXCEL table to?

First, use the shift key.

In excel, hold down the shift key and click the edit menu, and the original copy and paste will become "copy picture" and "paste picture". With this function, we can copy a data table in the form of a picture and convert it into a picture. The specific method is as follows: first, select the cell area to be copied into a picture, then press and hold the shift key to select the command Edit → Copy Picture, and then the copy picture window will pop up, select the picture option (as shown below), and finally click OK to copy the selected table area into a picture. Next, you can press shift to select Edit → Paste the picture, or directly select Paste to paste the picture to the position of the cursor.

Features: The pasted picture is not affected by the original data, just like a pure picture, and the text information in the picture cannot be modified.

Second, use the "photography" tool.

Right-click the excel toolbar, select custom command, select the command tab in the pop-up dialog box, select tools in the category, find photography in the command list on the right, and drag it to any position on the toolbar (as shown below).

Then you can use the Photography tool. Select the cell to be copied as a picture, click the "Photography" button on the toolbar with the mouse, and the selected area will be copied as a picture. Then just click the left mouse button where the picture needs to be displayed, and the copied picture will be pasted here.

Features: The pasted picture is associated with the original data. As long as the original data is modified, the data in the picture will also change, and the data information will always be consistent.
