Pig raising technology
The fermentation bed has many advantages:
1, environmental protection, no need to clear feces (decomposed by microorganisms, not smelly, it is best to save a lot of things)
2. Save water and labor (no need to rinse with water)
3. Save materials (part of protein produced by fermentation can be reused, so it will save some materials).
4, rarely get sick (this is because there is no feces on the fermentation bed, there will be no flies to spread diseases, of course, less sick, and the fermentation temperature inside the fermentation bed is very high, which can kill most germs, but the surface of the fermentation bed is 25 ~ 30 degrees in winter or summer, so don't worry about pigs catching a cold in winter)
5, good meat quality (because pigs have a good living environment and like to move, natural meat quality is good)
The operation of the fermentation bed is not too troublesome;
Operating steps (taking Gymboree dry-laid fermentation bed as an example):
1, diluted microbial inoculum: Gymboree fermentation bed strain 1kg/ 10, mixed with rice bran or corn flour and bran without water, and diluted evenly.
2. Preparation of padding: 20 square meters with an area of about 10 square meter (dry weight of about 2000kg). Sawdust must be dried and removed.
3, sowing strains: you can spread while spreading, or you can mix sawdust before spreading, remember not to add water! ! ! ! !
4. Spread to 50 cm: the required thickness is 50 cm. If the sawdust is not easy to take, it can be partly replaced by rice husk and straw, and the surface is still made of sawdust with a thickness of 20-30 cm.
5. Put the pig in the bed: After paving, you can put the pig in. Don't wait until the fermentation is good. When the surface is dry, you can spray a little water.
6. Scrape off or bury fresh feces below 20-30 cm, then cover with sawdust and flatten. After these operations are completed, you can start fermentation.
7. Daily maintenance: When manure overflows or penetrates into water, it must be pushed evenly, and the humidity on the surface of pigsty padding should be checked frequently. The water content of the fermentation layer that has started fermentation is generally controlled at about 50-60%. When there is too much water, you can open the vent and adjust the humidity through airflow. You can also drag some materials out to dry or add sawdust to reduce the humidity.
But it's not enough to look at these. There are also many cases of failure here. It's best to ask professionals to help design the building.
