Nine. Party A guarantees that it has the right to sign this contract and that the use of the house leased to Party B under this contract is legal and uncontroversial. Article 5 Changes of Party A and Party B

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract
1. If Party B cannot deliver the house to Party A for use, Party B shall pay Party A% of the total rent payable during the lease term as liquidated damages.
2. If there is a dispute over the ownership of the land use right of the site or other circumstances that affect Party A's use of the site due to Party B, Party B shall be responsible for resolving the dispute and compensating Party A for all losses caused thereby.
3. 4.
