Jinan Children's Hospital was founded in 1957, covering an area of ??27 acres and a construction area of ??nearly 100,000 square meters. There are 1,589 employees, 1,446 health technicians (including 185 with senior professional titles, 429 with doctorates and masters), 1,400 beds, 1,102 beds are actually open, 40 clinical medical technology departments, and more than 1.1 million outpatient visits per year. The Department of Internal Medicine has majors such as respiratory, respiratory interventional, digestive, cardiovascular, neurological, renal, blood, rheumatology, endocrinology, genetics, neonatal, infection, and critical care medicine; it has established an in-hospital first aid system for emergency, PICU, NICU, and CCU and A pre-hospital transport network covering the entire province.
