(1) basic conditions

1. Good political quality, resolutely support the party's line, principles and policies, abide by national laws and regulations, have no bad credit record, be enterprising and have a strong sense of responsibility;

2. Enthusiastic about community work, with certain organizational and coordination skills and professional knowledge of community work, good at carrying out mass work and obeying organizational distribution;

3. Good health, no major diseases or infectious diseases;

4. Have a college degree or above recognized by the national education department;

5. Living in this city, aged over 18 years old and under 45 years old (women over 35 years old are required to provide relevant certificates for paying old-age insurance, and the payment period of old-age insurance should reach or exceed 15 years when they reach the statutory retirement age of employees);

6. Those who hold the professional qualification certificate of social workers will be given appropriate points according to their grades, and those who have obtained the professional qualification certificates of senior national social workers, social workers and assistant social workers will be given 5 points, 3 points and 2 points respectively in the total score;

7. Fresh college graduates with the same scores will be given priority.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for or cancel the examination or employment qualification.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office;

2. Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty, and the punishment has not been lifted;

3. In the recruitment of civil servants or institutions at all levels, it is found that there are serious violations of recruitment (employment) disciplines such as fraud, which are still in the prohibition period;

4. Persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations.
