The college is headed by Feng Hai, a famous commercial photographer. Famous commercial photographers Qian Yuankai, Sha Zhanxiang, Han Zishan and Song Lin were invited as teaching and art consultants, including Feng Hai, Qian Yuankai, Sha Zhanxiang, Han Zishan, Li Guofan, Zheng, JUNG WOO, Yuan Feng, Li, Cheng, Lu Yunjun, Cheng Yuejie, Du and Zhang Luoping.

The school has multi-functional teaching areas, classrooms, professional studios, independent student accommodation areas and student practice bases.

The school is located in the core circle of Beijing CBD, with a strong business atmosphere. Relying on superior geographical location and teaching environment, advanced and perfect teaching equipment and abundant teachers, the school has been recognized by the society through scientific management and established a good reputation among the industry and students. Since its establishment, the college has held two exhibitions of teachers and students' works and several solo exhibitions of photographers every year. The school has also set up special cooperation classes (irregularly) with Hu Liming and Kang Gan Shi Sheng, which has expanded the teaching field and enriched the teaching forms.
