1. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the assessment of students’ comprehensive quality mainly involves six aspects. The six evaluation contents are moral character, civic literacy, learning ability, communication, cooperation and practical ability, sports and health status, and aesthetic and performance ability.
2. Evaluation criteria:
1. Moral quality
Four pieces of evidence must be provided: a. Original evidence of the class teacher’s final comments after three years in school; b. Original records of rewards or punishments for three years in school; c. Evidence of serving as a school, class or group cadre, serving classmates or being helpful; d. Original evidence of winning honors for the group, such as in school Award certificates from various social activities and sports meets at or above the school level.
2. Civic literacy
The 4 pieces of evidence to be provided are: a. Records of participating in social welfare activities, b. Records of participating in community service activities; c. Participating in environmental protection activities Records; d. Have records of providing help to people in need, individuals or other people in special need, such as Project Hope, out-of-school children, poverty-stricken areas, etc.
3. Learning ability
The five pieces of evidence that need to be provided are: a. Original records of academic proficiency tests and test results for three years in school; b. School course electives , attendance, activity records and accumulated credits; c. A study plan that suits you; d. A bibliography of extracurricular reading and reflection notes; e. Records or evidence of awards at school level and above.
4. Communication, cooperation and practical ability
The five pieces of evidence that need to be provided are: a. A social practice activity plan that is completed through communication and cooperation with others; b. Records of participation in school or group activities in the past three years; c. Accumulated credits from comprehensive practical activity courses; d. Final oral communication performance report; e. A hand-made work, such as model aircraft, car models, pottery, etc. Photography, computer production, etc. or small inventions.
5. Sports and health status
Three years of physical education and health course study examination results and final physical fitness test scores are required.
6. Aesthetic and expressive abilities
The three pieces of evidence to be provided are: a. Works that use a variety of forms to create art and express aesthetic taste; b. Original records of music and art course results in recent years; c. Evidence of achievements and awards obtained in art activities at school level or above.
