On May 13, 2018 - Mother's Day, the sun was shining brightly and the sky was clear and clear. The unit where I worked held an event with the theme of "Don't forget your original intention, keep your mission in mind, forge ahead, and realize your dream of agriculture and business" The green walking activity for government employees is 7 kilometers long, starting from Huayuan Ecological Park and ending at Xishan.

I have never participated in such an activity before, and I don’t understand the meaning of power walking. After this activity, I understand.

As we all know, walking has a fitness effect. It can not only increase lung capacity, but also promote bone and joint health, enhance the body's immunity, and can also lose weight.

What I want to emphasize here is that walking can allow us to adjust our mental state, reduce mental stress, enhance self-confidence, and for a team, it can enhance team cohesion.

Power walking itself is a relaxing sport, so the starting point is not the place we get, but the physical and mental satisfaction we get from this sport. Power walking can expel the toxic substances accumulated in the body of the participants for a long time through sweat, thereby promoting our metabolism and putting our body and mind in a relaxed state.

During the whole process, I was in a relaxed state, walking around, taking pictures here, looking there, sometimes fast and sometimes slowly, leaving all worries behind, enjoying the beautiful scenery around me and breathing. Fresh air.

When I reached the finish line, I was sweating profusely, and the entire collar of my clothes was soaked. When my feet hit the ground, I felt a dull pain, but I felt very good.

I rested for about half an hour at the terminal. I thought it was over, but I didn’t know there was another project - mountain climbing.

I haven’t climbed a mountain in a long time. When I heard that I was going to climb a mountain, I felt very happy and could find the thrill of climbing. In fact, we walked nearly 2.5 kilometers before starting to climb the mountain.

In order to capture the scenery, my classmate Xiaoshi and I fell behind. We walked to the three-way intersection and didn't know which way to choose. Although we finally made the choice and reached the end, we took a detour.

During the climb, I found ruts. It was obvious that we were preparing to pave the stone steps. Fortunately, they were not paved, otherwise the experience would not be perfect.

When we arrived at the top of the mountain, we found that everyone was posing, even the leaders were there, except for the two of us. We quickly sat in the front, and there was such a conspicuous lens waiting for us. We should really enjoy it!

When we went down the mountain, we still "cut off" and studied how to take pictures to record everything here.

On the way down the mountain, Xiaoshi and I were left. The plane happened to be flying over, and time was tight. We clicked hastily and took pictures rudely, and that was it.

In this way, the morning's activities ended, but I did not feel tired, but felt very comfortable. I should participate in more activities like this in the future, whether it is for life or work. Can reduce stress.
