What if Huawei's mobile phone is unclear?

Related problems when taking pictures with front and rear cameras can be referred to.

If you use a front camera,

If the front camera of your mobile phone supports a fixed focal length, you can only take a clear picture at a certain distance from the selfie, and you can't focus automatically. It is recommended that you shoot in the range of 25cm-50cm.

If your mobile phone proactive supports autofocus, you can adjust the focal length, and within a certain effective range, you can shoot clear near or far objects.

Inquiry method: Open My Huawei > Services > My Products > View the equipment parameters and autofocus of the front camera.

If a rear camera is used

The camera faces the subject, enters the professional camera, adjusts the shooting distance (wide angle or 1x is about 0.5m, telephoto is 2m), selects MF (manual focusing) as the AF parameter, and drags the slider left, right, back and forth to observe the preview interface. If the preview changes from clear to fuzzy, and then from fuzzy to clear, the camera's focusing function is normal.

If the preview changes from clear to fuzzy and from fuzzy to clear, but the normal mode is not in focus, other devices may have abnormal functions. Please go to the nearby service center for help.

If the preview interface is always blurred, it may be that the focusing function of your phone/tablet is not normal. Please go to the nearby service center for help.

In order to get a better photo experience, please also pay attention.

1. Please check the lens for film, dust and obstacles.

2. When taking pictures, do you wait for full focus before taking pictures?

Please keep the phone stable when taking photos.

4. Some modes in the camera need a certain time to complete, such as night mode and super night mode, and the exposure time is long. If the phone shakes or the subject moves, the photo will be blurred. Please make sure the phone is stable when shooting (tripod is recommended for fixed shooting), and then move the phone after shooting.

5. Large aperture or portrait mode will blur the background of the picture, so some pictures are blurred, which is a normal blur effect. If you don't need the background blur effect, you can switch to other modes to take pictures.
