What is the photographic distance of body photography?

12-24mm DX lens has some obvious fixed-focus distortion compared with 24mm f/2.8 lens. But why should the landlord care so much about distortion when taking portraits? The group photo is not nice. Other portrait themes don't care much about distortion, but sometimes they help to lengthen limbs and look slender.

18-200 The zoom ratio of this lens is too large, and the optical design is greatly limited, so the telephoto end is not easy to use. The whole focal length of imaging is soft. VR and a mirror walking around the world are huge selling points. Very distinctive mid-range lens.
