How to choose photography iso

ISO defines the sensitivity of photosensitive materials (Cmos).

The higher the ISO, the higher the sensitivity. In other words, the lower the requirements for ambient lighting.

If the environment is dark, iso can be improved.

However, the higher the ISO, the higher the requirement for COMS capability, which will lead to background noise in the picture.

Therefore, we should weigh these two aspects in use.

Usually use a flash, normal lighting. 200 is more suitable.
