China Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association was established on 19931October 26th, approved by the Ministry of Culture and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Main responsibilities:

Carry forward dandelion's pragmatic dedication: promote the construction of dandelion rural children's cultural park, organize children to participate in various art trainings, build dandelion Kangfu primary school, help poor children, and hold international children's art festival; Set up Dandelion Youth Art Troupe and exchange performances in Golden Hall in Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Vienna; Recommend outstanding children's paintings to participate in the international children's art exhibition hosted by India, Czech Republic, Turkey, Macedonia and other countries (47 children won prizes); Organize dandelion youth outstanding artistic newcomer selection activities, dandelion urban youth English art exhibition activities, dandelion children's abacus mental arithmetic innovation exhibition activities, "Hello Motherland" children's photography art calligraphy composition competition, and national children's toy design competition; Organize young photographers to travel to Wan Li, Tibet, and meet at Mount Everest. These cultural and artistic activities, which are beneficial to children's physical and mental health, are welcomed by children, strongly supported by all sectors of society and widely praised by friends at home and abroad. The establishment of China Children's Network, the Dandelion (Jinhua) International Art Kindergarten, Dandelion (Dalian) International Art Kindergarten, China Children's Cultural and Educational Science Park (in Changsha) and Hangzhou Oriental Cultural Park, which are under construction, is a joint development of the Children's Promotion Association and entrepreneurs who are interested in contributing to children's cultural and artistic undertakings, and a new measure for the Children's Promotion Association to introduce social forces to do practical things for children.

On the basis of efforts, the Children's Association strives to build a "Dandelion" cultural brand serving young people, with healthy and progressive literary connotation as the root and honesty as the soul. Through hard work, various activities named after "Dandelion" have established a good image in the minds of young people, with high trust and prestige. The Children's Association also cares about the literary life of young people from disadvantaged groups and holds a "One Hope" literary evening to build a platform for artistic exchange and appreciation of artistic achievements for young people from different groups. Help build the Dandelion Rural Children's Cultural Park; And successfully held a large-scale public welfare activity "Flag of Peace" such as the World Children Calling for Peace and the National Flag Exhibition for four consecutive years. More than 30,000 peace flags were received from children from more than 50 countries and children of all ethnic groups in China.

Yan Juanqi and Ismail Tiliwaldi, vice-chairmen of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), Gu Xiulian, then vice-chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and Hao Jianxiu, then vice-chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and representatives of the United Nations system in China, UNESCO in China, UNICEF in China and Japanese, Russian, Malaysian and Singaporean embassies and consulates in China attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
