What does PHO mean in the record sheet?

The on-site recording sheet refers to the on-site recording of each shot during the filming process. It's a memorandum of on-site work of relevant departments. In addition to the items specified on the story board, it also lists the number and length of shots, spare shots or shots with different treatment schemes, the reasons for remake, costumes, props, makeup, day or night scenes, stunts and so on. (Some even draw machine maps). Usually filled in by the director's assistant or reporter. It plays an extremely important role in post-production or when the lens needs to be reshaped or retouched.
