Hefei Cultural Center, established in 1949, is a public welfare cultural institution established by Hefei Municipal People's Government, which is affiliated to Hefei Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and a national first-class cultural center. There are seven functional departments and offices in the museum, including comprehensive management department, activity planning department, art training department, literature and art department, research and editorial department, municipal non-legacy office and art exhibition department.
