Character evaluation of Zhao Shuang

It was a great pleasure to film and interview Zhao Shuang. Thanks to the help of Zhao Shuang and several friends, we saved a lot of time in determining the shooting time, choosing clothes, and even hiring makeup stylists. It was completely different from the previous filming of Sun Yue, Da Zhi, and Ah Lian. Worry about everything down to the smallest detail. Therefore, at the end of the shooting, neither the photographer nor our staff felt as completely relieved as before, but instead felt a little unfinished.

In order to welcome the WCBA league in the 2012-2013 season, "Basketball" magazine, the designated exchange publication of FIBA, specially invited Zhao Shuang to take a photo, and featured Zhao Shuang in the 10th issue of 2012 Report. This is the first time that a female basketball player has appeared on the cover of Basketball magazine since the professionalization of Chinese basketball. As the most beautiful woman in the Chinese basketball world, Zhao Shuang showed off her unique charm as a double-faced beauty in her photos. "Basketball" magazine was founded in 1981 and is affiliated with the Chinese Basketball Association and China Sports Newspaper. It is the only official print media of the Chinese Basketball Association.

In addition, Zhao Shuang is tall and handsome. When he is without makeup, he is just like "hibiscus emerging from clear water", which makes people feel relaxed and happy. With a little makeup, his face is like white jade, with a graceful appearance; when it is exaggerated, it is like sunburn makeup, When wearing flaming red lips, they also have a unique charm. As the saying goes, "heavy makeup and light makeup are always suitable." Therefore, in the face of such a perfect "model", our shooting mood is naturally particularly comfortable, the shooting movements are naturally extremely fast, and the shooting angles are naturally extremely rich...

And, it is worth mentioning that although Zhao Shuang She has not accepted too many exclusive interviews, but she is straightforward and natural yet thoughtful, outspoken yet a bit heartless, smart and humorous yet a bit low-key and restrained. She is obviously an excellent interviewee. In fact, during our conversation with her for more than half an hour, she repeatedly revealed "violent information", which made us extremely happy.

Of course, nothing is perfect. While we are happy, we also have some minor troubles.

Take clothing as an example. Zhao Shuang is 1.84 meters tall and slightly thin. Such a tall and thin figure is not "mainstream" among girls, so although Zhao Shuang's friends have prepared seven or eight sets of outfits for her, they are still "a little bit of a fly in the ointment." For example, this time we really wanted to take a set of fashionable and casual photos for Zhao Shuang that showed her sunny and lovely temperament. However, due to clothing issues, the idea was not fully completed in the end. As a result, when we summarized this shooting work, we learned two lessons: first, we must fully communicate with the subjects in the future; second, we should be more deeply involved when selecting clothing.

There is also the issue of shoes. As we all know, women's basketball girls are all very tall and have relatively large feet - for example, Zhao Shuang's feet are size 41, and he can hardly wear any shoes except sneakers. Therefore, when shooting non-sportswear, Zhao Shuang often stepped on the cold floor with his bare feet, which made many people on the scene feel a little "unbearable." But this Northeastern girl didn't care at all and showed a "fearless revolutionary spirit."

In addition to clothes and shoes, what caused us some minor troubles were some of Zhao Shuang’s answers during interviews, which were often beyond our expectations and temporarily “short-circuited” our thinking. For example, the first question we asked Zhao Shuang at the beginning of the interview was: "After the Olympics, you have been traveling back and forth..." After hearing this, Zhao Shuang immediately asked us with some confusion: "Have you been traveling around?" - -Obviously, our wording was a bit "big" and inappropriate, and this girl caught us.

Furthermore, we once asked Zhao Shuang: "In the London Olympics, you often play when you are not too nervous..." As soon as this statement came out, Zhao Shuang immediately grabbed our pigtails and was proud. He corrected us and said: "I have twice been on the field when I was very nervous..." Hey! We were embarrassed again!

Also, we asked Zhao Shuang: "Before the London Olympics, FIBA ??wrote an article and rated you as China's three-star together with Guo Ailun and Zhang Zhaoxu. How do you feel about this? When you first heard it, did you think it was more encouraging or not? "Are you under a lot of pressure?" The reason why we ask this is because usually some players will say "how is the pressure" when answering similar questions, as if this should be the "official answer", and Zhao Shuang is no exception. But what I didn't expect was that Zhao Shuang asked again: "Why is there pressure?" and went on to say: "Most people are very happy when they hear praise from others. I am also an ordinary person." Haha, we obviously underestimated a 90-year-old After the girl's frankness and naturalness.
