How does Canon 77d delay photography?

There are two shooting methods of time-lapse photography.

1, if the camera comes with this function, then turn it on and set it according to your personal needs, and you can shoot.

2. If the camera doesn't have this function, you can shoot with a wired releaser with a timer. In this way, a group of photos can be obtained, and after post-synthesis, it is time-lapse photography.
