In order to advocate reading for the whole people, create a reading atmosphere, and highlight the "National Year of Children's Reading", the county library has carefully planned and held "Classic Reading, Promoting Excellent Traditional Culture; The readers' activity of "4.23 World Reading Day" with the theme of "igniting reading enthusiasm and building a hometown of books".
On April 22nd, at the north gate of Cultural City, banners were hung, publicity boards were arranged, leaflets were distributed in schools, communities and streets, and posters advocating reading were posted in the library to create an activity atmosphere and attract readers to participate in the activities. During the activity, the news media are invited to make publicity reports. Xincheng Primary School 178 students were invited to the library for reading experience. Invitees come to the library, and under the guidance of librarians, they read excellent books carefully selected by librarians and experience the pleasure of reading. During the activity, every reader who comes to the library will be given a book. While organizing daily free and open work and traditional promotion, our library makes full use of TV, Internet and other media forms to carry out extensive reading promotion activities for the whole people.
