Brief introduction of Hepu town

Hepu Town is a township-level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Luotian County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. It is located in the northwest of Luotian, beside the Xinchang River at the southern foot of Dabie Mountain, bordering Macheng in the west, Baodaofeng National Forest Park in the north, Fengshan Town in the east and Pinghu Township in the south. It has jurisdiction over 40 administrative villages with 56,000 people and a land area of 2 10 square kilometers. Hepu is a famous hometown of chestnut, sericulture, sweet persimmon and bamboo, with a wide variety of agricultural special resources and excellent quality.
